Thanks for liking and purchasing our products. All of our GettinJuicy products are rigorously inspected before being shipped. If you need a refund or exchange after purchase, please contact us by support@gettinjuicy.com and we will reply to you within 2 working days of receiving the email.
We will provide the refunds in the following cases(After applying for a refund, the amount you paid at the time of purchase will be returned to your payment account within 3 working days):
30-day refundable
If you are dissatisfied or change your mind within 30 days of purchase(calculated from the date of receipt), we will provide returns and refunds for unopened, unused and unworn items. However, for the health and safety of our customers, we cannot provide refunds after the product has been opened for use.
IMPORTANT: After the 30-day returns&refunds period, the returns&refunds policy will not apply.
Defective product is refundable
If you find the product is defective after you receive it or fails within the 30-day return period, please contact us as soon as possible and let us fix the problem for you, we will give you priority to refund.
Incorrect product
If you have received an incorrect product that has been shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. we will take responsibility for this mistake.
Cancellation
You can cancel the order according to your own wishes. However, cancellation requests should be made before shipping from our warehouse or you will be responsible for shipping costs by yourself when returning the product. If the payment was done, the amount you paid will be refunded through the same payment method within 3 working days.

Step 1:
Please contact us by email: support@gettinjuicy.com, and let us know what’s your problem. We will provide you with a satisfied solution.
Step 2:
Send us your order tracking number, payment method and payment account. Returns and refunds depend on whether your order is within the 30-day return & refund period.
Step 3:
After we confirm the information is correct, we will return/refund for you. (We will email you the return address when you request a return. The amount you paid will be refunded through the same payment method within 3 working days when you request a refund.)
Notes
- If the return case is due to an error with our service and product, the shipping fee is paid by us. (No additional return fees)
- If the return case is due to your error, the return shipping fee is paid by you. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. (No additional return fees)
- Returns Address: The mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.
