Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as working days. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 6-10 working days after dispatch, please pay close attention to your logistics information.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Free shipping when you spend over $59 or you may have to pay $9.99 for shipping. We have a variety of delivery options available for an additional charge.

Q: Is my package discreet?

A: Yes. You don’t have to worry about being embarrassed by others knowing what’s inside the package, we take your privacy very seriously and the appearance of the package will be very discreet. In a completely plain packaging just like a normal package, without any sex words on it.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Once you find the product you like, click the add to cart button and click the checkout button. Select your desired shipping and payment method after filling in your address, phone number and name, and you will receive a confirmation of your order by email after payment is complete.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We will ship the goods within 24 to 48 hours after you place your order. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

Q: How long will it take to get my package?

A: Your order will be delivered to you within 6 to 10 working days after shipping. If you haven’t received your parcel after 10 working days, please contact us at support@gettinjuicy.com and we will help you solve the problem.

Q: How to cancel my order

If you want to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.

If your order has been shipped and you don’t want it, you can reject the package and mark it back to the sender when it ships. Once the shipping box is opened, all orders will be considered used and our warehouse will not accept returns.

A: Due to the privacy of the items we sell, we cannot provide returns and refunds for used items. You are dissatisfied or change your mind within 30 days of purchase. We will provide returns and refunds for unopened, unused and unworn items.
